Canada-based Aimetis Corporation has announced that WYNIT has signed on as distributor of Aimetis Symphony. The Symphony software combines video management with video analytics. WYNIT, a New York-based firm with distribution centers in New York, Tennessee and California, will be reselling Aimetis' Symphony product to the security integration channel.

Besides the expansion of Symphony's distribution via WYNIT, Aimetis has developed a partner certification program which links hands-on classroom training, technical support and marketing support for the firm's value added resellers and integrators.

"Increasing the availability and exposure of Aimetis Symphony through distribution, while maintaining channel integrity is at the core of our growth strategy," said Aimetis' Vice President of Channel Sales Richard Caballero in announcing the expanded distribution. "Our new partnership with WYNIT allows us to continue our focus and provides us with the opportunity to reach new partners."
